Diaries of a Young Woman

I have begun the task of transcribing the diaries of my mother. My sister, Kathryn, found them in Mom’s dresser drawer. They are at the same time mundane and facinating. I am going to work on them and my goal is to turn them into a historical novel. They span 1934-1942, the end point is when they are rounded up and sent to a Japanese internment camp.
